Terms of Use
These terms explain how Optifly works as an AI travel planning app and how booking handoffs to travel providers are handled.
Using Optifly
Optifly helps you plan trips by chatting with an AI travel agent, comparing travel options, saving ideas, and organizing a day-by-day plan. You agree to use the service lawfully and only for personal or business travel planning.
You are responsible for the information you submit, the trips you choose, and any bookings you make after leaving Optifly.
Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting access to your account. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us as soon as possible.
Travel Information Can Change
Prices, schedules, availability, ratings, photos, amenities, rules, cancellation policies, taxes, fees, and other travel details can change at any time. Always review final details on the provider site before booking or paying.
Provider Bookings
Optifly does not process payments, issue flight tickets, create hotel reservations, operate activities, sell event tickets, or provide travel services directly. When you continue to Expedia, Viator, Ticketmaster, or another provider, your booking is handled by that provider and their terms apply.
Questions about payment, refunds, changes, cancellations, seating, baggage, entry requirements, accessibility, or customer support should be directed to the provider you booked with.
AI Suggestions
Optifly uses AI to help search, summarize, and organize travel options. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying important details, including passports, visas, health requirements, safety advisories, transportation timing, accessibility needs, and suitability for your travelers.
You allow Optifly to process prompts, chat messages, trip details, and saved planning information with AI systems and related service providers so we can provide the service. Do not submit sensitive information unless it is necessary for the planning task.
Third-Party Data And Tools
Optifly relies on third-party services for authentication, AI processing, maps, media, analytics, observability, travel search, event search, and booking handoffs. Those services may change, be unavailable, return incomplete information, or apply their own terms and policies.
Affiliate Links
Some provider links may be affiliate links. Optifly may earn a commission if you book through those links, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change the need to review final details with the provider before booking.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse Optifly, scrape the service, attempt to bypass security, interfere with provider systems, submit illegal content, or use the app to harm others. We may limit or suspend access if we believe the service is being misused.
Do not use Optifly to generate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsafe travel instructions, or to submit content that violates another person's rights.
Analytics And Product Improvement
Optifly may use analytics, session replay, logs, and performance monitoring to improve the product, debug issues, understand usage, and protect the service. Our Privacy Policy explains these tools and your choices in more detail.
Disclaimers And Limits
Optifly is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not responsible for losses caused by provider changes, unavailable inventory, travel disruptions, inaccurate third-party data, or decisions made based on AI suggestions.
Changes And Contact
We may update these terms as Optifly changes. The latest version will be posted on this page. Questions can be sent to hello@optifly.ai.
