At Optifly, operated by Nexore AI Corporation, we're committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI travel platform.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account:

  • • Name and email address
  • • Travel preferences and history
  • • Profile and account settings

AI Chat Data

When you use our AI travel assistant:

  • • Your travel questions and requests
  • • Trip preferences and requirements
  • • AI conversation context (to improve responses)

Note: AI processing is handled by Microsoft Azure OpenAI under strict data protection agreements. Your data is not used to train AI models.

Usage Analytics

We use PostHog, Google Analytics 4, and Sentry to understand how Optifly is used, monitor reliability, and keep the platform stable:

  • • Page views, feature usage, and interaction patterns (PostHog, GA4)
  • • Performance trends, session quality, and reliability insights (PostHog)
  • • Device, browser, and referral information (anonymized in GA4)
  • • Session recordings in PostHog with masked sensitive data
  • • Error diagnostics like stack traces, request identifiers, and truncated request metadata to investigate production issues (Sentry)

We configure Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization and disable ad personalisation signals. You can use Google’s opt-out tools to control tracking in your browser.

Sentry receives only the data necessary to debug reliability issues. We scrub secrets, authentication headers, and chat content before transmission, and events automatically expire under our 90-day retention policy. You can request removal of specific error events by contacting support.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Our Revenue Model

Optifly earns affiliate commissions from travel partners when you book through our platform. This doesn't affect your booking prices - you pay the same as booking directly.

We only share data with:

  • • Travel providers (airlines, hotels) to complete bookings
  • • Affiliate partners to track referrals (anonymized)
  • • PostHog and Google Analytics 4 for usage analytics (aggregated and anonymized)
  • • Sentry for error monitoring and incident response (pseudonymised diagnostics only)
  • • Microsoft Azure for AI processing
